Refund policy

Deposits and Entry fees are non-refundable once received by the PRL. 

After a team is entered into a specific event, no changes or refunds may be made except under unusual circumstances and only with the approval of the related tournament director. 

In event of severe weather, the start of any or all days of the event may be delayed, and tournament hours lengthened or shortened at the tournament director’s discretion.
